NEW ORLEANS – Andrea Iljkic of South Alabama Soccer was named the Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Across two matches last week, Iljkic racked up two goals, one assist and four shots on goal. Against Middle Tennessee, she found Zamiyah Hill in the box, who then proceeded to send a left-footed strike into the net. Then, with four seconds left in the match, Iljkic sent the ball through the keeper to increase the score to 4-0.

This past Sunday against Southeastern Louisiana, Iljkic bumped the ball into the net from her own deflected penalty kick, leading the Jags to a 3-1 victory on Senior Night.

Iljkic leads the Jaguar attack with three goals for the season.
