MOBILE, Ala. – Head Coach
Chris Hennessey of South Alabama Soccer announced the addition of nine signees to the fall recruiting class on Tuesday.
"I'm excited about this signing class," says Coach Hennessey. "Each of these players brings something unique, and together they raise the level of our program. They're hungry, competitive and committed to growing every day. We believe this group will make an immediate impact and continue pushing South Alabama Soccer forward."
The Jaguars signed four midfielders, two defenders, two goalkeepers and one forward. Three signees are international players, all of whom hail from Canada.

Naomi Benjamin
- Position: Defender

- Key Accomplishment: Played for the U20 Guyana Women's National Team.
Molly Browne
- Position: Midfielder
- Hometown: Memphis, Tenn.
- High School: Hutchinson School
- Club: Lady Lobos Rush 07 Premier
- Key Accomplishments: Named to All-State in 2023 and recognized by US Youth Soccer as its National League Female Player of the Month in Aug. 2022.
Alexie Cypihot
- Position: Goalkeeper
- Hometown: Laval, Quebec, Canada

- Club: CS Saint-Hubert
Julie Dirom
- Position: Midfielder
- Hometown: North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

- Hometown: Dothan, Ala.

- Club: Concorde Fire Premier ECNL 08
- Key Accomplishment: In 2023, was recognized as the Dothan Eagle Player of the Year and named to First Team All-State and First Team All-ECNLR Southeast.
Makena Zukeran
- Position: Midfielder
- Hometown: Katy, Texas
- High School: Obra D. Tompkins
- Club: Albion Hurricanes 08 ECNL
- Key Accomplishment: Played for the U15 and U17 El Salvador National Team.
