Anna Behnsen ā Inverness Intercollegiate).
The three-round, 206 by Palmeros marked not only a new career low for the freshman, but is the second-lowest, 54-hole score in program history, just two strokes behind

Palmeros tied for the lowest score on par threes with two other players as she averaged 2.89 strokes, and her 3.92 strokes average on par fours was tied for second-best at the event. Her 11 birdies at the tournament were also tied with Maryland's C. Mangeat for most amongst the 72-player field.

- On the play of
Daniela Palmeros:
"I'm extremely proud out Daniela (Palmeros). She took a big step forward this week and really showed what she's capable of. It was her first time in contention to win a collegiate event, and she handled the situation like a veteran. I'm most proud of her resiliency. She was able to rebound from some setbacks early on in the semester, which is a testament to her composure and determination."
- On the potential of the group:
"We've had some great individual performances this fall and currently have four players on this young team with a collegiate win. It speaks to the fire-power we have and the potential to be something special when we come together as a team. We're still growing and learning, and we understand that success is a process. This offseason, we'll get back to work, use the winter break to reset, and return ready to chase the goals we know we are capable of achieving."
