Biography

FRESHMAN SEASON (2024-25)
Was instrumental piece in the helping the program make a dramatic turnaround during the 2024-25 season
• Named the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, while also earning first-team all-conference honors
• Finished ranked No. 210 in the Clippd National rankings
• Averaged 72.27 strokes per round – a freshman record for the program 
• Posted eight Top 10 finishes in her 10 events
• Played at the No. 1 position in South’s final eight events
• Recorded four sub-70 rounds this season, including three rounds of 68, which rank as the 10th lowest single round in program history
• Twice named Sun Belt Conference Golfer of the Week during the season
• Her two career golfer of the week selections this season trail just Siti Sharri (4), and along with Sharri, Schroll joined Julia Hovland and Elin Andersson as two individual players (weekly or monthly) to earn multiple honors during a season
• Named the South Alabama Athletic Department’s Freshman of the Year
• Finished the season with 14 rounds at par or under, including 12 under par
• Her 12 rounds under par during the season rank third all-time at South Alabama
• Shot 72 or lower in 10 of her last 12 rounds 
• Finished inside the Top 10 in eight of her 10 events this season
• Posted back-to-back one-under pars over the first two rounds of the Boilermaker Spring Classic
• Tied for first at the Pinetree Intercollegiate where she finished with a two-over par 214, falling in a playoff
• Led by Schroll at the event, the Jaguars finished ahead of nationally ranked Notre Dame (No. 84) and just four shots back of No. 66 Texas Tech at the event
• The freshman fired a career-low 208 to finish two-under par to tie for third at the Gator Invitational hosted by Florida 
• After carding a 72 in the opening round, Schroll posted back-to-back rounds of 68 over the final two rounds to clinch the Top 5 finish
• The 208 was tied for the third-lowest round by an individual in program history, and the lowest by a South Alabama player since Hovland (69-68-71--208) (-8) at the Lady Wolves Classic (10/12-13/20)
• Led the field in par-4 scoring as she averaged 3.93 strokes per hole at the Gator Invitational
• Tied for eighth at the Sun Belt Conference Championship where she helped the Jags finish fifth at the event

AMATEUR HIGHLIGHTS
• Participated in the European Ladies Amateur Championship and made the first cut the summer prior to arriving on campus
• Also competed at the Spanish Amateur Championship, European Nations Cup, ?European Team Championship and the International German Girls Open for the Austrian National Team
• Earned medalist honors at both the Malta Junior Open and the Czech Ladies International Match Play Championship
• Ranked 276th in European Golf Rankings with an average of 73.81 strokes per round after picking up a win and eight Top-10 finishes in 13 events in 2023
• Won the Austrian Girls U18 Stroke Play Championship (7/21/23) held at the Colony Club Gutenhof (West) as she carded a 232 (83-73-76)
• Won the 2023 Czech Girls Junior Amateur Championship, while placing inside the Top 10 at the International Austrian AM Championship (seventh) and the French International Ladies Championship (ninth) with scores of 72-68-68
• Best three-round total (208) came at the International French Lady Stroke Play (Trophée Cécile De Rothschild) (9/15/23) where she fired back-to-back four-under par rounds of 68 over the final two rounds of the event after opening the tournament with an even-par 72
• Won multiple Austrian Girls Championships growing up: U14 (2019), U12 (2018 and ’17) and U10 (2016)
• Began playing golf at the age of seven, also competed in track & field for seven years
