MONTGOMERY, Ala. | South Alabama had its game with Alabama State suspended due to darkness on Tuesday night at the Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex in the top of the eighth inning.

The Jags were at the plate with one out in the inning trailing 5-3 at the time,

The two teams are scheduled to meet in Mobile (Ala.) at Eddie Stanky Field next Tuesday night at 6:30 pm. Details on the resumption of tonight's game will be made prior to that game.
