JAG BASEBALL GAME AT NEW ORLEANS CANCELLED


 
MOBILE, Ala. – Wednesday's baseball game between the University of South Alabama and New Orleans, originally scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. first pitch at Maestri Field in New Orleans, has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Severe thunderstorms were forecast for most of the day for the New Orleans area. To make-up the game, the schools will now play at New Orleans on Tue., March 19, and will play Wed., March 20 at Stanky Field.

South Alabama will return to action Fri., Feb. 22, when it hosts Tennessee Tech in the first of a three-game weekend series at Stanky Field. Game one is set for a 6:30 p.m. first pitch Friday evening.
