MOBILE, Ala. - Two SEC opponents and 31 home games highlight the Jaguars' 2026 season slate, Head Coach Mark Calvi announced on Wednesday.

South Alabama will open the 2026 season at Stanky Field in a three-game set against USC-Upstate (Feb. 13-15).

The program will make its first road swing at Nicholls State for a Tuesday night matchup (Feb. 17), before a trip to Charleston, S.C., for a three-game series at the College of Charleston (Feb. 20-22). The Jaguars will cap its first road stretch returning to Louisiana for another midweek contest, this time at Southeastern Louisiana (Feb. 24).

Stanky Field will play host to Tulane in a midweek matchup (Feb. 25), before West Georgia comes to town for a three-game set (Feb. 27 - March 1). 

South will see a midweek game against in-state competitor UAB in Montgomery Ala. (March 3), and a weekend series hosting Louisiana Tech will follow (March 6-8). The Jags will see Southeastern Louisiana for the second time this season in another midweek, at Stanky Field on a Wednesday night (March 11).

SBC play opens up in a three-game series at Louisiana (March 13-15), before squaring up with Alabama, its first of two SEC opponents, in a midweek matchup at Stanky Field under the lights (March 17). South will remain at Stanky following the Tuesday night matchup and hosts its first SBC opponent at home in ULM (March 20-22).

USA's second trip to Montgomery notes a midweek game against Auburn (March 24) before pivoting back to Mobile for a weekend series against Old Dominion (March 27-29), and a New Orleans midweek (March 31), to cap off the month of March.

The Jaguars hit the road for a seven-game stretch to play 2025 National Runner-Up Coastal Carolina (April 2-4), Alabama State (April 8), and Georgia Southern (April 10-12). An eight-game homestand follows, seeing Nicholls (April 14), a weekend set against Marshall (April 17-19), Lamar midweek (April 22), and Southern Miss for a weekend series to close the home stretch (April 24-26). 

The Jaguars will play a midweek at New Orleans (April 29) before a three-game series at Texas State (May 1-3). Alabama State will take a trip to Stanky for its final midweek of the season (May 5).

South Alabama's final road test of the year comes against rival Troy (May 8-10), and concludes the regular season against Arkansas State at home (May 14-16).

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament will be held in Montgomery, Ala., this season May 19-24.
