The Jaguars are coming off a two-match winning streak after defeating Depaul 5-2 on Wednesday.  That helped the Jaguars to an overall record of 6-10 on the season with a 3-2 mark at home.

South Alabama and Old Dominion have been competitive over the years with the Monarchs holding a slight edge in the series, leading 6-4. South Alabama and James Madison have only met twice, starting when the Dukes joined the Sun Belt in 2022. South Alabama has claimed victory in both of those matchups, winning 7-0 and 5-2.

Victor Frumholz and Javier Montoya are both currently on two-match winning streaks and will strive to continue that momentum. Harold van Raemdonck has played in four different spots within the lineup this spring and leads the Jags with a 10-3 record. He is 4-0 in the number four spot.
