MOBILE, Ala. - South Alabama prepares for their first conference road test this weekend against rival Troy.

The Jags (12-9, 0-3) are coming off a four game losing streak and are looking for their first conference win. Troy (15-7, 2-1) returns home after a road weekend at ULM and a midweek challenge at UAB. Troy took the series and won a one-run game in Birmingham. 

SERIES HISTORY
South Alabama and Troy hold a long history, playing each other in the Jaguars' first season, with a 12-0 Troy win in 1965. Overall, the Jags are 55-44. Last season South took the series in the Sunday rubber match. In South's last visit to Troy, they won the series on the second game of the doubleheader. The last series Troy won was in 2019.
