NEW ORLEANS – Following a three-goal weekend from South Alabama graduate student Gabby Hollar, Hollar has been named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
 
Hollar, a graduate transfer from Purdue, found the back of the net for the first time on the weekend Thursday night against Queens off the bench, when she scored South Alabama's first header goal of the year.
 
Hollar kept the scoring going Sunday against Kennesaw State, scoring another header goal in the 72^nd minute and tacking on her third goal on the weekend in the 80^th minute.
 
On the weekend, Hollar totaled 51 minutes off the bench and recorded three shots, all on frame.
 
Hollar now leads the Jaguars in goals with four and total points with 10.
