NEW ORLEANS – South Alabama head coach Kane Wommack, junior defensive back Yam Banks and senior quarterback Carter Bradley met with members of the media from around the league Tuesday on day one of the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Media Day event held at the Sheraton.

The day was filled with numerous interviews, along with several other conference segments and was highlighted by a session on the main stage in the afternoon.
