MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama women's basketball finalized its non-conference schedule, the team announced Monday, which features seven games in the Mitchell Center and an SEC road trip.
 
The Jags will host an exhibition against William Carey Oct. 31 before opening the regular season with a home game against cross-town rival Spring Hill Nov. 7. The Jags then hit the road for games at Auburn on Nov. 10 and New Orleans on Nov. 14.
 
South finishes out November at home, hosting Tulane (Nov. 17), Southeastern Louisiana (Nov. 22) and Florida A&M (Nov. 27).
 
The Jags hit the road for next three games, traveling to Mercer (Dec. 4), Louisiana Tech (Dec. 12) and Nicholls (Dec. 14).
 
South will finish its non-conference slate at home, hosting Alabama State on Dec. 17 and Mississippi Valley State on Dec. 20.
 
Conference play will kick off for the Jags Dec. 29, as they host Marshall at the Mitchell Center. The remainder of the 2022-23 slate was announced earlier this summer.
