NEW ORLEANS – Television information and kickoff times for three of the University of South Alabama football team's games this fall were announced by the Sun Belt Conference office on Thursday.
South Alabama will kick off the 2022 campaign at 4 p.m. (CDT) at Hancock Whitney Stadium versus Nicholls State on Saturday, Sept. 3.
The Jaguars will have an early start time for each of their first two road games with kickoff at Central Michigan scheduled for noon (CDT) on Saturday, Sept. 10, and kickoff at UCLA set for 1 pm (CDT) on Saturday, Sept. 17.
South's game with Nicholls can be seen on ESPN3 and the CMU game will be broadcast on ESPN+, while the Jags' game in the Rose Bowl will be aired on the Pac 12 Network.
It was also revealed that USA's Thursday, Oct. 20 Sun Belt Conference home game against in-state conference rival Troy in the annual "Battle For The Belt" will get underway at 6:30 p.m. and aired on ESPNU.
All other game times and additional television information for the fall will be announced at a later date.
