SAVANNAH, Ga. | South Alabama men's basketball came up just short in their comeback effort against Towson, falling 62-60 in their second game of the Hostilo Hoops Community Classic.

Isaiah Moore once again led the Jaguars in scoring with 18 points to go along with six assists.
Owen White joined him in double figures with 15 points, shooting 4-9 from beyond the arc.

Cameron Holden had 19 for the Tigers in 39 minutes, and Nygal Russell contributed 14 points.

GAME FACTS (HOW IT HAPPENED)
- The two teams played evenly early, keeping the score tied, 11-11, at the 11:00 mark.
- Tyrell Jones made a fast-break layup with 30 seconds left to put the Jags up, 24-21, at halftime.
- Towson went on a 10-5 run over the first five minutes of the second half to give themselves a 31-29 lead.
- The Jaguars took the lead back on a 3-pointer from White at the 10:59 mark, 40-39.
- Towson quickly took back the lead for good on a driving layup by Holden.
- The Tigers' biggest lead came with 6:51 to go when they went up nine, 51-42.
- The Jaguars finished the game on an 11-to-4 run, but fell short by just two points.
