NEW ORLEANS – The University of South Alabama men's and women's basketball teams will each be televised four times throughout the 2015-16 season as part of the league's television package, the Sun Belt Conference announced on Thursday.
South Alabama's SBC doubleheaders at Georgia State (Jan. 9), at Arkansas State (Feb. 4), vs. Georgia Southern (Feb. 13) and at Appalachian State (Feb. 18) will all air on ESPN3.
The men's game at LSU on Nov. 19 will also be televised nationally on the SEC Network.
On-campus productions delivered on ESPN3 offer unique opportunities for students and staff at each Sun Belt Conference member institution in live-game production. ESPN3 is streamed live on WatchESPN platforms across computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices. It is accessible to more than 99 million households to fans with an affiliated internet or video provider.
In total, ESPN3 will carry 99 games featuring Sun Belt members during the '15-16 season to go along with two nationally-televised rivalry games on ESPN2.
