MOBILE, Ala. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has recognized three members of the South Alabama men's basketball program for their academic achievements during the 2024-25 season.
Former Jaguars
Cantia Rahming and
Elijah Ormiston, along with current forward
Randy Brady, were named to the NABC Honors Court. The award is presented to junior or senior student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher during the academic year.
This marks the second consecutive year that Ormiston has earned Honors Court honors while at South Alabama. In addition to the individual accolades, the Jaguars also received the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award for the second straight year. This honor is given to programs that achieve a collective team GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the academic year.
