MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama running back Keenan Phillips was named to the Week Three Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll following his performance in the Jaguars' 41-36 win over Ohio on Saturday.

Phillips rushed for a game-high 116 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. His six-yard touchdown run capped South Alabama's opening drive. He added two receptions for 25 yards and an eight-yard kickoff return, finishing with a game-high 149 all-purpose yards.

Phillips helped lead a South Alabama rushing attack that totaled 266 yards and four touchdowns as the Jaguars improved to 2-1 overall and 2-0 at home.

The Paul Hornung Award presented by Texas Roadhouse is given annually to the most versatile player in college football.
