Ryley Harrison (12-9, 5 SV) ranks in the Top 10 in the league in earned run average (seventh – 2.51), innings pitched (third – 148.0), strikeouts (third – 134), strikeouts looking (fourth – 33), wins (t-sixth), and is tied for the league lead in saves
•   Her five saves are also tied for fifth-most in the nation entering play this week
•   Harrison has 11 complete games and four, complete-game shutouts, which is tied for tied for 19th nationally, this spring

Sydney Scapin's .218 opponent's batting average is second lowest in the SBC, as the sophomore is 8-7 on the year
•   As a staff, South Alabama leads the SBC in shutouts (10), which is tied for 18th in the nation, and strikeouts looking (70) and third in strikeouts (261)Â
•   In Sun Belt play, the Jaguar pitching staff has been outstanding, posting a 1.83 ERA, while holding league opponents to a .209 batting average, both of which are the lowest in SBC play

Gracie Dees (.292) has a team-best 20 extra-base hits, including 15 doubles which leads the conference and are tied for 13th most in the NCAA
•   Dees is two doubles shy of matching Victoria Ortiz's (17, 2019) single-season, freshman doubles record at South Alabama, and also one double shy of tying
Gabby Stagner (16, 2023) for third-most doubles in a season and two doubles shy of equaling the program's single-season mark held by Ortiz and Brittani Reed (17, 2019)

Virginia Mambelli leads the team in batting average (.364), home runs (6) and RBI (25), and the junior currently hold a 14-game on base streak
•   In Sun Belt play, Mambelli ranks in the Top 10 in on-base percentage (.509 - seventh) and OPS (1.220 - eighth)

Olivia Branstetter has been outstanding in SBC play as she holds a .364 batting average against conference foes
•   Dees and Branstetter have 24 RBI each, while
Lillie Stagner has driven in 21

Presley Lively (.313) leads the SBC in triples (7) and is tied with three other players for most in the nation in the category
•   The trio of Lively (28), Branstetter (24) and Dees (20) have scored nearly half of the Jags' 170 runs scored this season

Kara Wine's 19 RBI this spring, 11 have come in SBC play
