LOUISVILLE, Ky. | Highlighted by five contests on MLB Network, the NFCA, in partnership with GameChanger, revealed its broadcast and streaming schedule on Thursday for the 2026 NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic presented by MaxBP, Feb. 5-8 at the Eddie C. Moore Complex in Clearwater, Fla.
South Alabama's first four games of the tournament will be streamed by GameChanger, while its final game against Missouri on Sunday, Feb. 8 will be aired on the MLB Network, the first-ever appearance by the program on the network.
To watch the contests on MLB Network, viewers can visit www.mlbnetwork.com for their local channel listings or to subscribe to one of its Direct-To-Consumer offerings. Viewers who are unable to access the broadcasts on MLB Network, can still watch the games on the GameChanger app for free.
In addition to MLB Network broadcasts, contests on Fields 8 & 9 will also feature a multi-camera broadcast with play-by-play and analysis.
Games on Fields 1 through 4 will feature a single camera live feed through the GameChanger app. Follow all our socials (@nfcaorg) for tournament updates and information.
This season marks the first time since the 2024 campaign that the Jags will open the year up at the event and it is also the program's fourth appearance at the event.
As already announced, South Alabama will open up tournament play with a pair of games on Friday, February 6 taking on Eastern Kentucky at 12 p.m. (CT) and Southeastern Louisiana at 3 p.m. (CT), both on Field 4. The Lions won 50 games and captured the Southland Conference championship a year ago, while also competing at the Baton Rouge Regional.
On Saturday, February 7, the Jags continue play at the tournament with a single game versus Rutgers with a 11 a.m. (CT) contest on Field 2. South will close out the weekend with a pair of games on Sunday, February 8. The Jaguars will first take on North Carolina Central at 9 a.m. (CT) on Field 9, and then face Missouri at 12 p.m. (CT) on Field 8.
