MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Soccer is set to face Samford at 6 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 21, at Shauna Yelton Field at the Samford Track and Soccer Stadium in Birmingham, Ala.

SERIES HISTORY:
The Jags are 1-1-2 overall against the Bulldogs, their last match resulting in a 0-0 draw in The Cage on Aug. 19, 2016.

SCOUTING THE JAGS:
South heads into the match after a 2-0 win against Tennessee Tech on Sunday. One of the goals was an impressive header recorded by Melina Descary, the goal being her first since the 2023 season. Andrea Iljkic, a first-year for the Jags, scored the other goal.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
The Bulldogs head into their home opener after a 0-0 draw at Auburn this past Sunday (Aug. 17). Sam De Luca and Clare Nicholas are their offensive leaders, each having scored one goal.
