MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Soccer shut out Arkansas State in a 2-0 victory on Sunday at The Cage in Mobile, Ala. Kyra Kotsopoulos and Zamiyah Hill secured the win for the Jags, each putting a strike on the board.

KEY MOMENTS:

• 18' | Zamiyah Hill passed the ball to Kyra Kotsopoulos outside the top of the box. Kotsopoulos then sent a right-footed dagger into the bottom left of the net.
• 78' | Zamiyah Hill slid into the box to send a ball from Aliya Gomes into the net.

• With a mark in the win column today, the Jags are now 4-1-1 in conference play.
• Zamiyah Hill now has five goals for the season, tying with Andrea Iljkic for the team-high.
• South's back line recorded its sixth shutout of the season today, Sierra Giorgio's fourth in the net.
