MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama Men's Tennis players
Javier Montoya,
Juan Accossatto and
Harold van Raemdonck all earned CSC Academic All-District honors Tuesday for high levels of academic and athletic achievement.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Men's Tennis Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Montoya compiled a singles record of 8-7 on the year and was the only No. 1 singles player in the Sun Belt Conference to go unbeaten in league play. He was named All-Sun Belt First Team in singles and All-Sun Belt Second Team in doubles. Accossatto went 11-8 in singles on the year with a 4-2 record in league matches. van Raemdonck had South's most impressive singles record in 2025 with a 14-4 mark overall.
