QUOTES
Head Coach Mark Calvi:
On tonight's pitching: Yeah, I thought Shineflew was good, clean, three innings, got three lead outs. I thought, I mean all of them, Mitch (Heer), coming off Tommy John here was really good. Got us off to a good start. Cooksey was really good behind him. They were nine for nine getting lead-off outs. Had nine punch outs and three walks. So I was very happy with our pitching tonight.
On the team's offense: Good to see Sully have a good night. We got to double digit hits, that was good. A couple other guys swinging the bat. Well, not a whole lot to show for Turner, (but) he swung the bat well tonight. Looks a whole lot more like himself so that's good. That's definitely good for us moving forward.
