Men Place 13th; Women Place 14th in Crimson Classic

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Sacha Perrier crosses 24th and leads the men to a 13th place finish while Charleen Elizondo acted as the principle runner for the women placing 60th along a team 14th place finish.

On how the men ran today
On the men's side, our guys raced ran as well as we can and I was pretty impressed with the guys that placed. I think Sacha (Perrier) can be the best in the conference, and guys like Blayton (Bernard) and Luke (Regan) are making great improvements. Up and down the roster though, we need to see better running from our other guys that I know can do it.

On the women's performance
We came out and ran tough and gave it our all. We were pretty aggressive early on and need to remember to pace ourselves and execute better down the stretch, and I can work better on them with that. Overall, this was a good tune up to get ready moving into conference championships in two weeks
