Biography
2025: Cross Country — Competed at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing 73rd in the 5k with a time of 19:03.2. Posted a season-best finish of eighth at the Azalea City Classic (19:07.4, 3-mile). Also competed at the Alabama Crimson Classic and Southern Showcase, while opening the season at the Battle for NOLA. Outdoor — Competed at the Sun Belt Championships in both the 5000 meters (18:27.48) and 3000-meter steeplechase (11:20.27), finishing 12th in the steeplechase. Recorded multiple top-five finishes, including fourth in both the 1500 meters (5:00.36) and 3000 meters (10:47.28) at the South Alabama Invitational. Added a season-best 1500-meter time of 4:50.72 at the Lurline Hamilton Invitational. Indoor — Competed in the 800 meters, mile, and distance events throughout the indoor season. Recorded a season-best mile time of 5:17.49 at the Samford Bulldog Invite, finishing seventh, and a season-best 800-meter time of 2:29.03 at the Samford January Invite.
2024: Cross Country — Competed at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing 87th in the 5k (20:43.6). Posted a season-best finish of 14th at the Azalea City Classic (18:56.0, 5k) and competed in multiple meets throughout the season. Outdoor — Competed in the 1500 meters and relays during the outdoor season. Indoor — Competed at the Sun Belt Championships in the mile (5:12.37). Recorded a season-best mile time of 5:16.05 at the Jaguar Invitational and a season-best 800-meter time of 2:25.71 at the Samford January Invite.
2023: Cross Country — Competed in four meets, highlighted by a fifth-place finish at the Azalea City Classic (20:00.6, 5k).
