Quotable from coach Nick Brochu
"It was a great performance. It was 4-1 but it was a battle. They are also from Alabama so it's a big rivalry for us. We knew this going into the match. Troy is a very emotional team. It felt like the Davis Cup. We had our guys really dig deep. We knew the doubles point would be a big point, and we took the lead early and kept it and were able to close it. We played some very solid doubles. Going into singles, we had some bad luck. We had a little injury at five and had a big injury at number one. Seb has been our leader this entire year and when he lost that first set because he hurt his ankle, I am very proud of the guys for not panicking. When your big player goes down, and he kept fighting in the second set, but when the big player goes down everyone had to pick up the slack. We have seniors like Louis Delcour, you can't ask for better than that. He was in the match from the first set to the last. He was very emotional as well. Javier was able to give us a quick point at number six. It was a great battle and very proud of those guys. We showed we have depth. Not only do we have the player of the year at number one, but we are also deep and we showed it today. I am very excited about tomorrow. Since Old Dominion joined the conference, everyone has been talking about this possible new rivalry and I really think it is. We are the two highest-ranked teams in the conference.  We were co-champions for the regular season, Dominik is a great coach, he shared the title of coach of the year with me, so this is a perfect setup for tomorrow. Two great teams, it's going to be an awesome battle."
