MOBILE, Ala. – The Jaguars travel to Birmingham this week to participate in the Samford's Alabama Track Challenge, hosted by Samford University, scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
 
The meet begins with multi-events and the 10,000 meters on Thursday evening. Events begin on Friday with the culmination of the multi-events at 10 a.m., concluding with the 4x400-meter relay at 6:25.
 
The field events begin at 12 p.m. with the hammer throw and continue on a rolling schedule until culminating in the women's shot-put.
 
In last week's meet, the men's team took first place with 156 points at the University of Mobile Invitational. The women finished in third place with 91 points.
