MOBILE, Ala. – South Alabama is preparing for its fourth weekend of competition, as it is set to compete at the Southern Miss Invitational this Friday and Saturday in Hattiesburg, Miss.
 
Athletes will compete in the triple jump, hammer throw and javelin Friday afternoon, with the remainder of the events taking place on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. and the long jump.

• The majority of the team will travel to this event, while other select Jaguars are competing at the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas.
• The Jags recorded 30 top-5 finishes at the LSU Battle on the Bayou last week.
