MOBILE, Ala. – At the conclusion of regular season play on Friday, the Sun Belt Conference released it's bracket for the conference tournament, which starts Tuesday, Feb. 28 at the Pensacola Bay Center. The University of South Alabama women's basketball team will be the No. 13 seed for the tournament and is set to face the No. 12 seed Georgia State on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m.

South finished the season with a 7-22 overall recorded and a 3-15 record in conference play. The Jags closed out the regular season with a 60-59 win over rival Troy. 

The winner of the contest will move on to face No. 5 seed Old Dominion in the second round on Wednesday.
