NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Sun Belt Conference has announced the seeding and bracket for the upcoming Hercules Tires Men's Basketball Tournament hosted in Pensacola, Fla.
 
The Jaguars will open tournament play as the eight-seed, playing the nine-seed App State Mountaineers Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. The winner of that game will go on to play the top-seed Southern Miss Golden Eagles Saturday morning.
 
South Alabama ended the regular season with a record of 16-15 and 9-9 in conference play. The Jaguars won eight of their last 10 games, including a 17-point victory over the Mountaineers on Feb. 11.
