FITCHBURG, WI - Joshua Hill finished the third round five-under-par, going eight under on the invitational (72-69-67–208) to win first place at the 2023 Badger Invitational on Oct. 3.
Hill worked a birdie in four of his final nine holes, including three in a row on holes 11,12, and 13. Hugo Thyr also finished strong, t-15 (74-69-70–213) with his back nine on day three including three birdies and an eagle.
South Alabama finished t-11th with a team score of 869 (300-287-282). Florida Gulf Coast was named the team with a total of 851 (274-286-291).
