Head coach Nick Brochu:
"Rough day but the results are good. When you play that much tennis in such a short period of time in such a high heat, you get really tired and sometimes you get injuries. Today we had some injuries and some guys had to be sidelined. That's something we need to work on. We need to go back to the training room and do a lot of treatment and rehab and get healthy because we've got three more tournaments this fall and the next one is the biggest of the semester, ITA regionals. We've got to work on taking care of little details because small injuries can turn into big problems. Overall when looking at the day, we played five singles this morning and four this afternoon. Playing back to back was big, some of the guys are showing they are in shape and are great competitors but at the time same some of the guys are showing we need to do more conditioning and they need to take better care of their body. We got three wins this morning and three this afternoon, so finishing the tournament on a high note was very important."
