STARKVILLE, Miss. – The University of South Alabama track and field team concluded its regular season while racking up 10 top-5 finishes during the final day of the Maroon and White Invite Saturday. 

Notable performances from the day included a second-place finish by Colette Uys in the shot put, a third-place performance by Shay Lee in the 800m and a personal record set by Kendal White in his top-5 400m hurdles run.

MEN'S/WOMEN'S RUNNING NOTES
- Lee finished third in the 800m after clocking a time of 2:19.07.
- The women's 4x100m relay team of Grace Wolf, Kiara Risher, Ariana Ruffin and Kaitlyn Knight placed fourth after completing the race in 47.67.
- White clocked two times that were good for fourth place in the 110m hurdles (14.39) and the 400m hurdles (54.69).
- Xavier Rogers finished the 400m in 48.27, good for fifth place. 

MEN'S/WOMEN'S FIELD NOTES
- Uys recorded a 14.84m throw in the shot put and finished second. 
- Sebastian Löschner placed third in the shot put with a 16.91m mark. 
- Tashod Wingfield jumped 13.99m for third place in the triple jump. 
- Josh Estes recorded a 58.80m mark on his final attempt in the javelin and placed fourth. 
- Evans Finnorn tied for fourth in the pole vault after recording a height of 4.81m.
