BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – South Alabama women's golf wrapped up play at the Olde Stone Intercollegiate on Tuesday.
USA (316-325-306) finished 13th with a three-round team total of 947 in the two-day, 54-hole event. It marked the first tournament this season the Jaguars did not place inside the top two teams of the field.
Greta Rietdorf led the Jags with a total of 231 over three rounds, followed by
Carlota Garcia at 234.
Cassidy Lambert shot a 1-over par 73 in Tuesday's final round, the lowest of any Jaguar in the event, and Rietdorf, who USA with eight birdies in the tournament, turned in a 4-over par 76.
Sam Houston State (299-289-286) won the tournament with a three-round total of 874, while Louisville's Carmen Griffiths earned individual medalist honors with a 2-under par 213.
