THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Nick Brochu

- On the Thomasville Invitational: "Our guys are excited to go to our first tournament of the season. We've been practicing hard and done a lot of conditioning and are ready to go. Thomasville is a nice tournament at a country club and everything is so nice. It's a nice setting and at a smaller tournament with a good atmosphere. Also, with this tournament, we get to be in a lot of matches, a lot of singles and doubles. It's a very good opportunity, especially for our new guys Maxime and Javier. Those two guys are going to be able to play a lot of matches and get more experience. Next week, at Southern Miss, it's a little harder. We are building up for Samford and then the ITA Regionals. This is a great startup tournament for our guys. We are going to send both Louis Delcour and Philip Bosman with the new guys. The more matches they play, the better they get. So, it's important for them to get into some rhythm. It's also going to be interesting because this will be one of the few times we are able to play on clay all year. It's a lot of fun and the guys are looking forward to getting a lot of matches."
