INDIANAPOLIS – The University of South Alabama men's tennis doubles of Loïc Cloes and Clément Marzol has been selected as the Sun Belt Conference's automatic qualifier replacement team and will be joining the NCAA Double's Championship as a member of the 32-team doubles draw, which is scheduled to begin May 23-28 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla.
This is the duo's second appearance in NCAA Doubles Championships as they last appeared in the 2018 Championship event.
The duo was ranked No. 44 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Wednesday. The doubles pair is ranked
second in conference play with a 3-1 record and a .750-win percentage, and is 2-0 against nationally-ranked opponents this season.
Cloes and Marzol were selected first-team all-Sun Belt in doubles for the third time in their career as a pair after recording a 10-2 overall record this season.
The official bracket will be released before the opening play of the NCAA Doubles Championship.
