NOTES
- Jaguar Head Coach Richard Moodie picked up his 99th win as a head coach in women's soccer following the 3-1 result from Columbus State's match in Hancock Whitney Stadium.
- In the all-time South Alabama coaches' standings, Moodie is the third coach to reach 50 wins. Moodie's predecessor Graham Winkworth notched 66 wins at the helm during his four years, and Mike Varga registered 121 wins, the most in program history.
- As a head coach, that is win number 159, with 60 wins coming from Carson-Newman men's soccer.
- The 2020 Jaguars have surpassed last season's assists (43) in four fewer games. The total stands at 53 after 21 matches.
- To this point in the season, this team has scored the second most amount of goals (46) during Coach Moodie's tenure (50; 2019) and that stands as the 11th most in a single season in program history.

THEY SAID IT
Head coach Richard Moodie
- State of the team: "We train really well. Monday through Friday, we look really good. We've had days where players are in-and-out of practice, or games, and that hasn't helped us, but the national tournament is the big deal for us. The fact we've been able to play as many games as we have in the spring is amazing. We've played some good minutes against some good teams, but we're not where we need to be so there will be a big emphasis on that."
- On Ole Miss: "Ole Miss is trying to get an at-large bid, so both teams are in two totally different places. Ole Miss wants to play and beat us for tournament aspirations, and we need to play good going into the national tournament. Both teams arguably need to win Saturday. We are good enough to get a result, but we have been good enough to get a result against the other SEC teams, it's a matter of getting the most out of the team."
- On the importance of a result or momentum: "I think we are getting to a point now to where we've had good, bad and incomplete performances, shown up for minutes, like against LSU, but generally at this point of the season it's about getting a result to me. It's the back end of a year-long season, and in the tournament it's down to survive and advance. The focus at this point is getting something from the game."
