KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches named South Alabama's Sierra Giorgio a Goalkeeper to Watch, the organization announced Friday. Giorgio was the only Sun Belt player to receive the recognition.

United Soccer Coaches' Players to Watch lists are compiled and released by the Division I All-America Committees to promote college soccer leading up to the official start date for the regular season in August. The lists include United Soccer Coaches All-Americans and All-Region players from 2025 who are scheduled to return for the 2026 season.

Giorgio put up a notable performance in the 2025 campaign, earning Sun Belt Goalkeeper of the Year and First-Team All-Conference honors. She also set the program record in single-season save percentage (.866).

The Jags enter the 2026 slate after clinching a Sun Belt West Division Championship, earning a 10-4-4 mark for the year.
