HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The University of South Alabama men's and women's track and field programs closed their two-meet weekend with several strong performances on Saturday at the Marshall Bell Track Complex in Hattiesburg, Miss.

NOTES
Men's Field
- Freshman Kyle Rademeyer won the pole vault with his 5.30m height, while Sophomore David Dolan's 5.30m height took second place, making their marks the third-highest in school history. Junior Noah Mumme finished third in the same event with a height of 5.00m.
- Redshirt junior Christian Ellis jumped to a first-place finish in the triple jump with a 14.98m leap.
- Redshirt sophomore Quinton Webb took first place in the hammer throw with a 53.47m mark, while freshman Francois Prinsloo (53.21m) and Redshirt sophomore Viktor Turek (51.22m) finished second and third, respectively.
- Sophomore Josh Estes claimed first place in the javelin throw with a 57.81 performance.
- Freshman Sebastian Loschner earned his first victory in the shot put (16.40m), with his mark ranking eighth on USA's all-time performance list. Prinsloo (15.46m) and redshirt freshman Dimitrios Manesiotios (14.75m) followed in second and third, respectively, in the same event.
Women's Field
- Sophomore Stefanie Dadayeva recorded a victory in the pole vault with a 3.65m height, while sophomore Savannah Morgan's height (3.20m) came in second place in the same event.
- Senior Emilie Berge jumped to first place with a 1.68m height in the high jump. Sophomore Kiara Risher followed in second place (1.68m), with her mark being .01 away from her personal best. Freshman Kamdyn Skinner's height in the high jump (1.63m) is currently tied seventh on South's record list.
- Redshirt junior Angeline Smit claimed the top spot in the shot put with a 14.00m distance, while redshirt freshman Lucy Raynor placed third (13.37m) in the same event. Smit also placed third in the discus throw with a 44.50m mark.
- Sophomore Nichole Harting finished third in the javelin throw with a 37.21m performance.
Men's/Women's Running
- The 4 x 100 medley relay team consisting of Javen Jackson, Keith Davis, Rogers and Josh Norris, came in first place with a time of 40.80s.
- Redshirt sophomore Hunter Appling ran a first-place finish in the 110m hurdles after crossing the line at 14.22s, while Joey Zayszly came in third with a time of 14.57s.
- Senior Onesmus Kemboi clocked in at 3:58.06 in the 1500m for a second-place finish.
- Freshman Jared Peaslee came in third place after running a 15:43.32 race in the 5000m.
- The 4 x 100 medley relay team including, Grace Wolf, Hedrick, Josie Pry and Risher, crossed the line at 47.21s for the top-runner up spot.
- 23 Jaguars recorded personal bests in their respective events: Kayla Mikula (triple jump), Raynor (discus throw), Dolan (pole vault), Ariel Atias (pole vault), Prinsloo (hammer throw), Manesoitis (hammer throw, discus throw and shot put), Jeffery Del Bagno (hammer throw), Loschner (shot put), Wolf (100m), Pry (100m), Shateaya Ligon (200m), Abbey Weitenbeck (800m), Adele Magaud (1500m), Shay Lee (1500m), Meredith Bass (5000m), Rogers (100m and 200m), Jackson (100m), Cam Stewart (200m), Liam McGowan (200m), Norris (200m), Thomas Sand (1500m), Nate Pudner (1500m) Lester Davison (400m hurdles).Â
