THEY SAID IT
Head coach Paul Brueske
- On day two of the league championships: "It was a battle today, as we knew it would be. The Sun Belt Conference is very strong, but I am proud of our effort today."
- On looking toward the outdoor season: "Moving forward I am excited about the prospects of the outdoor season. We had some key athletes that were unable to compete at this meet due to injury that we should get back soon. Plus we also have some talent in events like the steeplechase, discus and javelin that should make an impact outdoors."
