THEY SAID IT
Head coach Parker Cowles

- On the two races: "We had two exciting races today. We ran well top to bottom, and I am very pleased with the wins. With that said it is early so I am being critical but there are a few things we can do better. I thought the women were patient, but we strung out early. We can do a better job of working together mid race. The 8k is a long way to race and our men handled it well, but I thought our top two pushed a little too early and the back got a bit lost in the longer race. It was still a great team effort."

UP NEXT
- South Alabama will compete in its third meet of the fall when they travel to Oxford, Ala., to participate in the 14th Annual Foothills Invite hosted by Jacksonville State University at Choccolocco Park.
