Friz set a school record in the pole vault Sunday at the Jaguar Invitational, with her 4.00m mark winning the event by .35m over the runner-up.  It was the best mark in the Sun Belt Conference this year by a .21m margin, and it helped the sophomore contribute 10 points as USA finished first out of 15 schools in the team standings.
