2017: Outdoor —  Placed fourth in the Sun Belt Championships women’s pole vault clearing 3.81m … Placed fifth in the Southern Miss Open women’s pole vault (3.65m) … Finished 10th in the pole vault (3.65m) at the War Eagle Invitational … Tied for 10th (3.45m) at the Tiger Track Classic. Indoor — Placed third in the pole vault at the UAB Blazer Invitational clearing 3.65m.

2016: Outdoor — Finished 42nd at the NCAA East Preliminary Regional round in the women’s pole vault (3.80m) … Earned all-conference honors at the Sun Belt Championships placing third in the women’s pole vault (3.90m) … Tied for second at the Mississippi State Invitational clearing 3.95m in the pole vault … Won the Tiger Track Classic clearing 4.00m in the pole vault … Finished tied for fourth at the Florida Relays after clearing 4.05m in the pole vault … Cleared a South Alabama program record and personal-best 4.10m at the Alabama Relays to earn the victory in the women’s pole vault … Won the women’s pole vault at the Jaguar Opener clearing 3.95m.

2015: Outdoor — Cleared a season-best 3.70m to tie for fourth in the pole vault at the Auburn's Tiger Track Classic ... Finished third in her outdoor debut after posting a mark of 3.66m at the Jaguar Opener in the pole vault ... Won the women’s pole vault at the Jaguar Challenge and placed second at the Battle of I-65 ... Finished eighth at both Georgia Tech's Yellow Jacket Invitational (3.60m) and the War Eagle Invitational (3.55m) hosted by Auburn in the women’s pole vault ... Recorded a 3.58m mark at the Sun Belt Conference Championships women’s pole vault. Indoor — In her first event at the collegiate level, had a mark of 3.80m to finish second in the pole vault at the BSC Panther Indoor Invitational ... Finished 10th in the pole vault at the Vanderbilt's Commodore Indoor Invitational (3.70m), the Sun Belt Conference Championships (3.58m) and the UAB Vulcan Invite.

High School: Lettered in track & field for four years and played volleyball for a year at Central High School in Keller, Texas … Left program holding the high school record for the pole vault at 12’7” … Was a two time “A” group qualifier in the Texas Relays … Also placed second in the UIL 5A District 4 and 3&4 meets … Friz also competed with the Polecats Pole Vault Club in Keller, TX for five years … While competing with the club, she earned a fourth place finish at the Junior Olympics, was the TAAF 2012 State Champion, won the TAAF 2013 State Bronze Medal, and a IAAF World Youth Championship Trials Qualifier.

Personal: Daughter of Max and Jody Friz … Youngest sibling to brothers, Jared and Davis … Grandfather, Bill Friz, played football and competed in the pole vault at Michigan State University for four years … Favorite movie is “Star Trek” … Favorite sports team is the Denver Broncos … Favorite athletes are Penaud Lavillenie, Jenn Suhr and Peyton Manning … Favorite music artist is Hillsong United … Loves to snow-ski and volunteer her time to the community.
