Beans recorded the 12th-best triple jump in the country — and the longest in the Sun Belt Conference — this year after posting a 12.66m/41-6.50 mark to finish fourth in the event at the Commodore Invitational, second among collegiate competitors. It was the second-longest triple jump of her career, falling .15m shy of matching her school record in the event.
