Brandon McKee set a school game record (minimum four kicks) with a career-best 48.8 average on four punts at South Carolina, with all four of those ending up inside the Gamecock 20-yard line to equal another standard he set earlier this fall against Mississippi State; that included the longest punt in program history, a 76-yard effort — the third-longest in the nation this fall — on his first attempt of the contest.  It marked the sixth time this season that the sophomore has averaged 42 yards or more per kick as well as the eighth occasion that McKee has recorded multiple kicks inside the opponents’ 20-yard line.
