Rubit averaged 22 points and eight rebounds in leading the Jaguars to a 1-1 record, recording his third double-double of the season against Alcorn State with a career-high 31 points and 10 rebounds.  He hit 13 of his 22 attempts (both personal bests) from the floor and 5 of 6 from the free throw line against the Braves, as his 31 points came in only 25 minutes of work; Rubit also blocked two shots and added one steal.  Against Southern Miss, Rubit scored 13 points with six rebounds on 6 of 10 shooting.  Rubit is second in the conference in scoring (16.3) and first in rebounding (8.6).
