NOTABLE
- Saturday's match served as the regular-season finale for the Jags. They finished the year 9-10.
- South Alabama honored senior Juan Accossatto prior to Saturday's match. Accossatto won 33 singles matches and 32 doubles matches during his time with the Jags.
- Victor Frumholz extended his singles winning streak to four matches while Adam Bouyacoub won his third-straight singles match.
QUOTABLE
"Today was a really good battle. I think we did good, it was just so sad to see how it turned out for Juan. He was playing so well on his senior day, but then the cramps came and there was nothing he could do. Overall, we just struggle staring. We need to start so much faster. It's hard to dig yourself out of a hole when you lose the doubles point, then get down on multiple courts in singles. Give Louisiana credit, they did enough to win today. Now we just have to get healthy and in shape for conference."
