NEW ORLEANS – Following the conclusion of the 2025-26 women's basketball regular season on Friday, the Sun Belt announced the bracket for the 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Conference Women's Basketball Championship Presented by Air Force Reserve, which will take place on March 3-9 in Pensacola, Fla.

South Alabama will be the No. 12 seed and will face No. 13 App State on Tuesday, March 3 at 11:30 a.m. CT at the Pensacola Bay Center.

The Jaguars finished the season with a 12-17 record overall, going 5-13 in conference play. App State finished the regular season with an 11-18 overall record, going 4-14 in conference play.

All games of the tournament will be broadcast on ESPN+, with the championship game being featured on ESPNU.
