The Jaguars closed out their non-conference slate with back-to-back ranked wins taking down 63rd-ranked Florida Gulf Coast and 32nd-ranked Yale last weekend.
Delien Kleinhans and
Rio Maeda continue to excel in the doubles category, as the duo has won six of their first seven matches. Maeda was dominant in her singles victory against Yale, downing her opponent 3-6, 6-0, 6-0.
Troy closed out their non-conference schedule with a 4-0 victory over Alabama A&M, improving their record to 5-4. The Trojans have been on the road for most of the season, as they have maintained a 4-3 record in road matches.
The Jaguars lead the all-time series against Troy 20-5 with the Trojans earning a 2-5 victory in last season's match-up.
