MOBILE, Ala.- South Alabama women's tennis will have their first road match of the season as they travel to New Orleans to face off against Tulane on Friday, February 7th at 2:00 PM.
South had a dominant showing against West Florida in their previous match, defeating the Argonauts in a 6-1 final in which the Jaguars won all three of their doubles sets and five of their singles matches. Senior
Delien Kleinhans has had a fantastic start to the 2025 year, remaining undefeated in singles and doubles matches this season.
The Green Wave are coming off their first victory of the 2025 season with a 7-0 victory against Southern in which was their first home match of the season. In the 2024 campaign, Tulane went 11-9 with 10 of their wins being at home.
South Alabama is 29-15 all-time against Tulane with their most previous match-up occurring last season, in which South Alabama claimed a 4-1 victory.
